					<description>Yes, it's an interesting policy change. Interesting also that Yahoo! refers to advertisers as publishers - under these rules, the advertiser doesn't have to be a publisher at all.

As a merchant that runs its own extensive PPC campaign and affiliate program, we're constantly wrestling with PPC. We want affiliates to be able to use PPC in their campaigns to promote Love Honey but we don't want them to do it in a way that makes our own advertising more expensive.
